Technology Assessment of Seward County (November, 2004)
The technology assessment was conducted by sending surveys to both households and businesses in Seward County. First, a survey was sent to a random sample of 600 households in Seward County. Responses were received from 153 households for a response rate of 25.5%. Respondents also had the option of completing the survey online. However, since the online survey was advertised to people outside of the random sample, the online surveys were analyzed separately from the returned paper surveys.
